we really enjoyed the access to pool. dreamland beach warung, where you can eat, is a few steps away from the hotel. location was good! walking distance to the bars and restaurants.

Location, smell, very small rooms for a very expensive price, asian guests were preferably located for breakfast in the restaurant terrace whilst we were always conducted to a closed dinning room on the first floor, service very slow, hotel drivers expensive (30% cheaper outside drivers), far away from everywhere (beach, city centre, etc.)

I had a fantastic stay! The staff in the restaurant was very friendly and served really delicious food. Additionally, the hotel was very clean and had great facilities, including a gorgeous swimming pool. I also loved that it was right in front of the Indian Ocean, and the location was perfect for exploring the nearby beaches. Finally, the staff was really accommodating and even offered me a free room upgrade!

The view was amazing and the hotel staff were very friendly. There rooms smelt like damp and we needed to run the air conditioner for about 10mins before the smell went away.

New Kuta Condotel is quite far from the center, but I like this hotel, as the hotel provides shuttle to Kuta, Nusa Dua also to the beach. Each room has balcony, so that we can enjoy the view from our room ... very nice view ... Breakfast must be improved.

The hotel had beautiful and well-maintained gardens, an attractive lobby, and a large pool. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant served delicious food. the hotel was located near a nice golf course and had a great view of the nearby landmark.

The hotel lacked attention to detail and the finishing touches that would make it a true 4-star establishment. The furnishings in the rooms were old and falling apart, and the bed sheets and bed covers were worn.

They provided us with valuable advice and information, making our stay more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food, and we loved that they even offered different choices of eggs. The facilities were in excellent condition, and our room was comfortable and well-furnished. The pool was beautiful, and we appreciated that they provided pool towels. We also dined at the restaurant and found the food to be delicious, with a great selection for breakfast, including Western options. The manager was particularly helpful, even upgrading our room.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.
